NatWest Private Banking website
Private banking is all about ‘relationship’ and ‘experience’ and NatWest need to find a meaningful way of expressing this online. The site creative did not resonate with its users and therefore needed a user experience overhaul including personas, site structure and user journey, this also included a new brand look and feel.
The new design had to reflect the change in NatWest’s approach to its audience; this can be seen from the major change in the way they present their products to the business customer. The main part of this was around understanding where the users are in their journey, from starting, switching to running a business.
The creative needed its own style, which had previously followed the personal retail brochure ware. Our creative idea gave insight into an individual’s business world. Whether they’re busy getting on with the practical side, or immersing themselves in planning and paper work, we can see they are totally passionate about what they do.
