NatWest Business Banking website

NatWest's existing business banking website had a strong emphasis on the products, so we decided that a fresh, user-based approach would create new opportunities for visitors by reflecting their particular needs

The design had to reflect NatWest’s new approach to its audience; this can be seen from the major change in the way they present their products to the business customer. The main challenge for this understood where the users are in their journey, from the new starters to the more experienced business owners.

We worked on a brand imagery that reflected the kind of products a typical business might use. This was underpinned by a soft palette of colours echoing a reassuring, genuine, approachable and reliable style that falls inline with the brand message of ‘Helpful Banking’.

The overall creative style is fresh and simple with clear, obvious signage directing the user to areas of interest. The new creative is a dramatic change, and one which both NatWest and Harvest are extremely proud of.
